Clinton M. Malloy
LITIGATION
Clinton M. Malloy’s practice primarily focuses on litigation.
Mr. Malloy has extensive experience with all manners of courtroom advocacy, including, but not limited to arguing dispositive motions, discovery disputes, injunctive relief, and post-judgment litigation. Additionally, Mr. Malloy has substantial experience with deposition, having taken or defended them on behalf of his clients on countless occasions. Mr. Malloy has also litigated cases in arbitration, from initial filing through the final arbitration hearing.
Prior to joining Caldwell Clark Fanucchi & Finlayson, Mr. Malloy worked for over nine years as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney for Bexar County, gaining significant courtroom experience along the way. During his time with the D.A.’s office he acquired extensive first-chair jury trial experience, having prosecuted cases from misdemeanors to complex felonies such as sexual assault and murder.
After having spent his entire career in the courtroom, Mr. Malloy is well-equipped to handle all manners of civil disputes, from pre-litigation settlement negotiations to trial by jury.
