Brittany Malloy is an employment law attorney who advises employers and management on navigating complex workplace issues with confidence and clarity. She brings more than a decade of experience from the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, where she developed extensive litigation and advisory experience that now informs her employment law practice.
Brittany’s background includes both criminal and civil practice. As a prosecutor, she handled a wide range of cases from misdemeanors to serious felonies, including child abuse, family violence, and homicide, building strong courtroom advocacy skills and strategic judgment along the way.
